SureBioLabs provides mobile testing services including, but not limited to:
- DNA testing (legal and non-legal)
- Drug and alcohol testing (urine, oral, hair, nail, breath)
- Health and wellness screening (where applicable)
- Sample collection is carried out at the client’s location, and all samples are tested by partner UKAS-accredited laboratories.
3. Booking and Payment
- Appointments must be scheduled via our website, email, or phone.
- Payment is required in advance to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service areas.
- A receipt or invoice will be issued upon request.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge or be non-refundable.
- If a client is not available at the agreed time/location, a rebooking fee may apply.
5. Identification and Consent
- For legal DNA or workplace testing, valid photo ID may be required.
- All test participants must provide written or recorded consent before testing.
- Parents/legal guardians must provide consent for minors.
6. Test Results
- Turnaround times vary by test type and will be communicated at booking.
- Results are sent confidentially by secure email or post.
- Legal results include chain of custody documentation where required.
- SureBioLabs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or lab processing beyond our control.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- We handle all data in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection law.
- Your personal and health data will only be shared with laboratories or legal bodies where required.
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
