Relationship DNA Testing
Understand Family Connections with Confidence
Our Relationship DNA Tests help families confirm biological relationships beyond paternity. Whether it’s verifying maternity, checking sibling relationships, or tracing family lineage, we provide accurate, confidential results through our accredited laboratory partners.
These tests are suitable for personal peace of mind or, in some cases, for legal purposes when collected under chain-of-custody.

Relationship DNA Testing Options
Grandparent DNA Testing
Confirms biological relationships when a parent is not available for testing. Compares the DNA of a child with one or both grandparents.
Maternity Testing
Used to confirm a biological mother–child relationship. Helpful in adoption cases, hospital mix-ups, or immigration.
Sibling DNA Testing
Determines if individuals share one parent (half siblings) or both parents (full siblings). Useful when the alleged father or mother is unavailable.
Twin Zygosity Testing
Determines whether twins are identical (monozygotic) or fraternal (dizygotic). This test can also provide medical insights, such as organ donor compatibility.
Avuncular DNA Testing (Aunt/Uncle)
Analyses the DNA of a child with an alleged aunt or uncle to determine if they share a biological parent.
Male Lineage (Y-STR Test)
Traces the paternal line by examining the Y chromosome passed down from father to son. Useful for ancestry or confirming male relatives on the father’s side.
Female Lineage (Mitochondrial DNA Test)
Traces the maternal line through mitochondrial DNA, passed down from mothers to children. Helpful for confirming maternal relatives or exploring ancestry.
